The Farmer
We went straight to the milker to test our system. Our handheld unit is lightweight (6 ounces) and ergonomically designed to provide a natural and balanced feel. It automatically ensures 360-degree coverage. No need for awkward arm twisting to ensure complete coverage.
The all-in-one system cleans, pre-dips, stimulates, dries, and post-dips. It does all of this consistently day-in, day-out with one easy-to-use tool. No more human error. Streamline the milking process, save worker time, and eliminate any need for towels and washing machines.
The Cow
Precision spray nozzles mimic the suckling of a nursing calf which can increase milk let-down and prevent bimodal milking. The system uses air and disinfectant solution only. No brushes or other moving parts. This results in a very comfortable cow that releases milk faster and in greater quantity, resulting in more complete milkings which has been shown to lengthen a cow’s lactation cycle.
More consistent and effective cleaning will yield lower bacterial counts and less mastitis infection. Healthier cows mean more productive cows, higher quality milk, and less money spent on treating cases of clinical mastitis.
The Consumer
A clean and healthy cow makes for clean and healthy milk. Reduce the need for antibiotics and steroids given to the herd, which will improve the nutritional content for the end-consumer.
The Environment
Today’s disinfecting procedures involve the use of huge numbers of towels and the resources that go along with cleaning or disposing of them. Eliminate the need for towels and washing machines, and reduce the environmental impact of the milking process.
